5 Things I Love – Sept 19

1. Missoni for Target Floral Rug

Last week insanity struck Target in the form of crazed Missoni fans taking down the website and clearing the stores of the latest designer collaboration. I was not among that number but I did go online to check out the collection once the site was back up and am loving this rug. It’s floral with a modern twist.

2. UX Shoes Blog

To my knowledge there is no deeper meaning to the blog than showing off our shoes, but personally I’m enjoying seeing everyone show off. Then again, it may just be that I have a slight shoe obsession going on.

3. Fluevog Shoes

Speaking of shoes I came across this site through an Offbeat Bride article and really don’t want to know what the total would be for my wish list after browsing it. A couple of favorites are the Miracles Lourdes boots with their Victorian styling and the Attentions Paris pumps which are simple and fabulous.

4. Fly London

As long as I’m on the shoes theme, I may as well continue. In perusing the fine footwear of my fellow UXers I came across this brand and more particularly their Aura boots which fit my current obsession with vintage boots.

5. Offbeat Bride

I may not have a current love interest of my own, but I really enjoy seeing all of the interesting, unique ideas that the couples who are featured here come up with. Some of them are really cool like the dinosaur wedding that introduced me to fluevogs.
