After a several month vanishing act, I’m back! I actually have a ton to write about. We’ll see how much I get to with being almost to tech week for Little Shop of Horrors.
Anyway, it’s that time of year again where lia sophia is about to switch catalogs. As with every catalog there are favorites that will be departing, so here are my five favorite pieces bidding us farewell. If you like any of them as well you may want to consider catching them at a great price with the Buy 1, Get 2 more expensive at 1/2 price sale this month. Just saying.
1. Flower Pot
This necklace is hot and has been since this catalog first came out. A stylized bouquet of bright flowers, this necklace can be worn to bring some pop to a neutral or layered with a great color for some awesome color-blocking effect. After all, both neons and color-blocking are on trend this season.
Another love at site and sorry to see leaving piece, there were originally four colors of this modern and stylish take on a friendship bracelet. Then it went down to two – olive and navy – and now they too are departing. They are great for casual wear and have a bit of sparkle in case you just can’t convince yourself to remove them for a girl’s night out.
3. Nikki Rings
The Kiam Collection always runs annually, so it’s not really a surprise to see if depart, but I really do love this set of three rings. While they can be worn stacked, I actually love wearing them singly. They’re simple enough I can mix them with most of my golds and I can wear them dressed up or down with worrying about them too much.
If you’re looking for a unique necklace that isn’t so unique you don’t feel like you have any thing to wear with it, check out this necklace. A clear druzy (think the crystals found inside of rocks) heart is set in antiqued gold on a chain which can be worn long or doubled for a shorter look. I like to accent mine with one of our initial charms, which are also departing with this catalog.
This piece actually a part of our current Special Editions collection. It’s simple, classic and fun. I love pairing it with our Kyle necklace to give it a little more pizzazz and weight.
